For the the month of January and February, your child will be engaging in a 5-week literature circle unit. For the first week in January, your child was “trained” on how literature circles function.
Groups of 5-6 students will read the same book while completing a role that highlights a specific reading skill. All students will then share their roles and aspects of their novel in an engaging weekly discussion.
